INGREDIENTS:
1 frozen banana
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1/2 cup pineapple slices
1/2 cup coconut water
INSTRUCTIONS:
Prep: Start with cutting your banana into small slices, put into a plastic bag and freeze overnight.
When you’re ready to make the smoothie, add in the frozen banana slices, turmeric, flax seeds, coconut oil, pineapple slices, and coconut water into the blender. Once everything is blended into a smooth medium-thick consistency, you’ll have yourself a healthy anti-oxidant-packed smoothie to attack the day ahead.
