INGREDIENTS:
4 cans of coconut water
4 ounces of Maibu Coconut Rum
1 box of mint leaves
club soda
2 limes
INSTRUCTIONS:
In your desired cocktail glasses, drop 6 mint leaves into each glass. Add 2 wedges of lime and then use a wooden spoon to crush the mint leaves and lime together. This will be the base for your recipe.
Next pour in your 1 oz of Malibu Coconut Rum, followed by the coconut water. You’ll want to leave a bit of room in your glass to add a splash of club soda or sparking water to give your cocktail a light fizz. Serve cocktails with an ice cube and a lime wedge on top.
